A Netblue Flash Developer lives and breathes graphics online. Complex interactivity, game design, and compelling imagery are only the beginning. Our Flash developers address immediate market requirements while researching and developing industry-first methods of drawing users in to our customer's spaces. This role combines heavy graphics and animation production with forward-looking, unconventional thinking.

RESPONSIBILITIES:
Concept and program interactive promotional games
Illustrate and animate in a wide range of styles, flexibly and quickly
Re-skin and resize existing Flash games per manager's requirements
Develop new techniques and approaches to solve marketing directives

REQUIREMENTS:
Highly proficient in Macromedia Flash, Adobe Photoshop & Illustrator
Demonstrable examples of complex Flash animation
Strong knowledge of Actionscript complex interaction, non-tweened animation, writing functions, passing variables, etc.
Proven understanding of color, typography, and motion design

IDEAL SKILLS:
A good attitude and a sense of humor are critical
Resilient, highly organized, and detail-oriented
Able to take and give direction
Have the ability to anticipate demands and manage priorities

EDUCATION:
Bachelor's or Equivalent Experience/Education preferred, motivation and drive mean more!
